Somebody that I used to know
I've been meaning to do this post in months but I have a feeling some of you will like this! I'd seen lots of MacBook skins on Etsy - i'm sure some of you might have seen the Snow White sticker, holding the iconic apple on the casing of the Mac? I very nearly bought one, but thought £15 was a lot for a small sticker - and I've seen lots of them around online.
I did a cheeky Google, to find this amazing website called Wrappz.
Despite my doubts about the website (who wouldn't be a bit suspicious with a name like wrappz, yes, the 'Z' makes all the difference), I thought i'd go ahead and try it out. I designed the floral print on Photoshop, it's a Cath Kidston print which I manipulated, the colour were horrible to start off with, so I changed the colours and reduced the print - the more flowers the merrier. I just wanted something simple that I knew I'd like for a while, but you can get photos printed onto it, literally anything as long as it's a good resolution!
It was surprisingly easy to put on, and i've had it stuck on for about 6 months now. It's basically a huge durable sticker. The best bit, is that it also protects the device - I batter mine yet alone it being made out of metal!
When it arrived, there was 2 £5 off vouchers - so I ended up buying matching skins for my iPod touch and my HTC Desire. You can pretty much get a cover for any laptop/phone, theres lots of options!
I think my MacBook Pro skin was around £20, and the phone and iPod were about £8 each. Definitely worth it though.
