Hey guys, what do you think to the new layout? I've decided to go for a more plain and simple look, I've always thought the old one was a bit too busy! Labels: A/W 2010, Highstreet, HM
I've shopped a lot in H&M recently, I have a sudden growing love for the shop, it's much cheaper than you imagine! I was curious to see why there were so many sales on in there, and why the sale stock is always updated - because there making way for the stunning A/W collection. This winter it's all about knit, fur, and nude. Look out for camel coats, fur boots and knit tights all making their way onto the shelves this upcoming season, and quite frankly, I can't wait to splurge on it all.
Take a look at H&M's A/W collection..

P.s, I'm very very sorry to Danielle @ heartshapedbruise, I have recieved your giveaway! I've just been very very busy atm, and I took pictures ready to blog about it, but lost the memory card the pictures were on. I will be doing a post very very soon! I know where I've left it :)
P.P.S, A huge thankyou to Emma @ BetseyLoves, for the jewelery sent! I got it today, and love the pieces. Will also be blogging about it soon!
Have a lovely 'July-come-February'
Love, Ruth xo
And as if the last time I splurged wasn't enough, i've gone and done it again. And I sound surprised.. I'm not really. Ok ok ok, I don't particularly NEED any of these things.. but I'm selling half my wardrobe on eBay atm, so I'm stocking up on key pieces that I can work in lots of different ways. Sorry if I bore you, I assure you I will do a more fashiony post soon! Labels: Highstreet, HM, New Look, River Island, Topshop
If you didn't already know, I'm a major sale shopper. And when I say major, I mean it. It's practically impossible to walk through town without buying something.. or more than one thing. Take a look at what I picked up..
River Island earrings: £2, was £4.99
Perfect for this winter, it's exactly what I wanted, I'm so glad I found it

eBay aviator sunglasses: £1.49
I'm in love. The leggings are gorgeous, I think Sophie from Her Magical World may have them too! I adore them, and the coat... Gaah I love it all. That money would have been nice in my purse though.. Nevermind aha!
I've also joined a gym for the summer.. And it's absolutely tiring. Agh. It should pay off though!
Make sure to follow lovely people!

Sorry. I really am, I keep meaning to update but I've been so busy this past week it's unbelievable. I've been to parties, BBQ's, worked 3 days this weekend, and also had an induction day at the college I'll be going to in September, it was so nerve wracking but I absolutely love it there, especially the canteen. If you didn't know, I'm taking graphics, photography, art and design, and English language, which I'm buzzing about, I love all of those subjects as hobbies, so to do them for A-Level... I'm over the moon :')
I'm saving up for a Mac computer for when I go to college, so that's going to set me back around £900.. So when I saw the Topshop sale, and then checked how much was in my basket, I now regret spending £89. My bad. On the plus side, I adore the things I got.
Is anyone else a sucker for pretty packaging? I certainly am, I've kept the spotty bag it came in :)

Panel hareem trousers - £20, was £40
Floral gingham top - £10, was £20

Georgette pintuck tunic - £12, was £28
Crochet smock tunic - £15, was £40
Miola lace up brogues - £28 (full price)
Has anyone else visited the Topshop sale? Or any others? It's actually like living hell strolling through town with the SALE signs screaming at you to come in. For me it is anyway :( I blame the shops, not me.
A massive thankyou to the other followers I have gained! I'm now on 82! Not long until the giveaway which i've slightly altered, it's better in my opinion. Keep posted,
Love, Ruth xo
Hey! Right first of all, does anyone else not have a life, so are watching the last series of Big Brother.. like myself? John James.. Mildly attractive.. Complete wanker? I think so. I'm glad Rachael's gone.. her head was so far up her own arse, she was probably blind. Also.. is Corin a lesbian? I'm confused. Anyway, sorry for my rant haha! Today I went shopping, I went with £50, and my intentions were to come back with £50.. Not £25. £3 on a top.. £10 on a blazer.. £5 on Subway.. £5 on chinese.. Ooops. But, when there's a sale in H&M, it's obvious that I'm not going to resist buying anything. Gay face, sorry, but you can take a proper look at my haircut here:

The title of my blogpost is by Marina and The Diamonds, and if you haven't heard of her (which you probably have) check her out, her voice is so soft yet powerful and different, i just love her. I've had a bit of a mad past 2 weeks, and have spent quite a bit on clothes.. Primark, vintage things.. I haven't got round to taking pictures of the vintage things i bought from COW (vintage store in Sheffield), but i bought 4 items, one of which is this lovely tea dress, which is quite western style aha! I bought it for £2.50.. because a few buttons were missing and stuff, it was in the sale too. At first it looks like it's just come from a grandma's closet (which is probably did) but you have to see the potential in clothes! With my lovely boyfriend holding the dress up ;D

And yeah the pictures are wank because my mum has the camera charger in Egypt with her, so the beauty of the 3.2 megapixel shitty phone is kicking in.. I shortened the dress to about 42cm, it's actually really short though, so i'm thinking cycling shorts underneath? It was the first time i shortened a dress, and was quite pleased :) I wore it out today with the white spotty tights and the horse belt (from the post below). So, in total, my outfit cost.. £7.50! Not bad, i think. I can wear the dress with the sleeves up or down, so it's ideal for summer and winter.
Vintage at £2.50? Check.
Hello lovelies! The weather has been gorgeous these past 2 days, it's put me in such a good mood! How are you all this weekend? I'm supposed to be in Egypt right? My mum screwed up big time.. She forgot to check if my passport was actually in date, to find it wasn't. Nice one. So, my mums in Egypt and I'm in the 'beautiful' England. Yay.. But, on the plus side of it, it means that i can go into school to get more revision done, which will work out better in the long run. Pretty gutted!
