NYC goodies: #2
Pre-warning: Picture heavy post!
I haven't blogged in so long, college really is taking over my life. I attended an 'interesting' life drawing class on Friday... showed up ready with my watercolour and fineliners, to see a 90 year old naked man named Gerald to greet me. My artwork was interesting, to say the least.
Anyway, I've been meaning to post about some more of the bits that I got from New York. I've been back a month now, and I miss it so much. I'm saving to go again! The weather in England has been dismal to say the least this past month, but it was so beautiful today so I managed to get some decent shots of the shoes! P.s, you may fall in love, not only the shoes; but with the price.

I got these 3 pairs of heaven from some boutiques in SOHO. Hey - who knew that SOHO was short for South Of Houston? I didn't! Despite the obvious shops there, the little ones that were hidden were the best. They were similar to Ark, or any smaller shops that might be in England. A lot of the clothes were similar in each shop, but it just meant that you had to delve deeper in each shop! Initially, I saw these beige badboys above and thought they were amazing - but a little bit like what you might find in Spearmint Rhino. I tried them on, and fell in love. So comfy, and so different. I've been wanting some unusual heels for a while, contemplated buying some Jeffery Campbell's, but for the price of these... I just had to. And hey, they're super easy to carry - the hole in the heel is perfect for little hands like mine!

These also, were from a small boutique in SOHO. They are SO similar to Jeffery Campbell Foxy's, and the base of them is rubbery and the grip is amazing. The little buckle detail means they definitely won't slip off on a night out (much needed). Considering that Foxy's are around $119 (no idea about conversion.. we'll say about £100), I wish I'd bought more than one pair.
And lastly, the staircase wedges. They looked so boring on the shelf, until I saw the gradual steps on the back! A-maze. With the leopard print inside too... possibly my favourites. I wear them pretty much every day, they add 6" to my 5 ft 4 frame which is also a plus!
And the best thing about them all.... is that they were all $10 each. Which is £6.53. Yep. No joke. Thats like £3.26 per shoe. Wooooooooooo!
And these amazing polishes from Forever 21. They were $2.80 each... so cheap. The blue is sort of galactic, and shines deep plum in the light. The glitter is similar to one of the Muppets from O.P.I collection, again, I wish I'd have bought more!
There's lots more to come, so I'll post soon lovelies :) Labels: 2012, Forever 21, Heels, Jeffery Campbell, Nails, new york, NYC, Polish, Shoes, Wedges

Hello lovelies! The weather has been gorgeous these past 2 days, it's put me in such a good mood! How are you all this weekend? I'm supposed to be in Egypt right? My mum screwed up big time.. She forgot to check if my passport was actually in date, to find it wasn't. Nice one. So, my mums in Egypt and I'm in the 'beautiful' England. Yay.. But, on the plus side of it, it means that i can go into school to get more revision done, which will work out better in the long run. Pretty gutted!

LEEEEEEEEEEEDS FEST
Alright, if you could do online slaps, i totally deserve one. I'm a shit blogger to be honest haha! Like most of the 15-16year old's in Britain are working REALLY hard, well, or should be (like myself..). It's all a bit crazy with exams, revision, and most teachers basically coming at you with knives. It's not fun at all. Okay, there goes my excuse of an apology!
LEEDS FESTIVAL! LEEDS FESTIVAL! LEEDS FESTIVAL! LEEDS FESTIVAL! WHO ELSE IS GOING TO LEEDS FEST?! Me and Katie spent about 3 hours on all the stupid websites trying to buy tickets, and it seemed like everyone apart from us had tickets! A lovely girl who lives round my corner called Lauren had a spare order form up on her computer, so i ran round to hers in my PJ's (sexy i know) with my mums credit card, probably looking a little bit mental. I'm so exited! We got the early bird tickets, and the weekend! GAAAAAAAH!
Alright now the bit that your probably arsed about; Shopping :) I'm going to Egypt in a week! Which means no blogging for 2 weeks, but it does mean an AWESOME tan. Summer's coming sooner and sooner, so i thought a shopping trip was in order. And when i say shopping, i mean SHOPPING. Here are the new loves of my life..
For those who know me personally, you'll know where the majority of these are from. Guess? And how much would you say i spent? How fuckin sexy is that bag? Primark, £187.22 Not bad in my opinion Will be replying soon! xoxo P.s, great giveaway at heartshapedbruise, check it out! Labels: Fashion, Highstreet, My life, My outfits, Shoes

New nudes for spring/summer 10'
From earthy nudes to pale pinks, this season, non-colours are the new colours! And with subtle shades taking centre stage, there are plenty of intricate details to fall in love with. Get ready to blush this spring!
Here are a few things from Topshop, all which are beautifully nude. I love the femininity of the pieces, and how they have a sexy, classy edge to them. From the whole beauty of 'nudes'.. I might have had to go out and buy these beauties from Next's 'Runway Collection'. Oops. My bad. I have no money. Ohhhh well... I love platforms :) Okay guess how much these beauties were? I guarantee you'll be wrong. Who'd have ever thought you can walk around in Next heels for £6? Well, not me. I made a trip down to Next clearance, saw these, and had to have them. Not that i need them... But still.. I've wanted some nude heels for a while because the elongate your legs, and my black ones make me look short and stubby. What do you think? Love at first sight? I think so!
